With Probably the best location in Looe, Admiralty Court Overlooks the sea at East Looe and has easy access directly to the beach, Yet all of the town's amenities are within easy reach and level walking distance.

Parking is available for one car directly to the rear of the property. The flat is designed to cater for 4 guests and is equipped to the highest standard. All that you need to bring is your bed linen and towels!

The Accommodation
The Master bedroom has a double bed, en suite shower and wc. The french door opens up onto a small balcony with a superb sea view. There is a pine wardrobe and matching dressing table. The Second bedroom consists of two 3' beds and can therefore sleep 2 persons, if required. The charming and cosy Lounge has two armchairs and a two-seater settee. Colour television, with video recorder provide relaxing entertainment for your holiday enjoyment. The lounge also features a small balcony overlooking the beach.

The Large designer Kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standard with an electric oven, Dishwasher, fridge and Freezer. A Portable Colour Television is also provided.

The Main bathroom is well Equiped and contains a Bath, WC, Bidet and Wash Basin. Gas central heating and the use of electricity is included in the weekly rental rate.

The Flat is available on your arrival day from 4pm, Departure Before 10am. We regret Pets are not allowed. Entrance to the Flat is via four flights of stairs and leads directly from the car park. These Stairs May Prove difficult For the Elderly Or Infirm.

Out And About
From the main entrance to Admiralty Court there is a Pub within 10 Yards, Supermarket 200 Yards, Hair Salon 30 Yards and a Host Of Shops, Restaurants and Cafes can be found in both East and West Looe.

Farther afield there are many beauty spots such as the delightful fishing village of Polperro, The port of Fowey and Wild Bodmin Moor, All steeped in legend. The Eden Project is a short drive away. Part of the enjoyment of your Holiday will be discovering these at your leisure during your stay at Admiralty Court.
