Located overlooking the quay in West Looe, West Quay has been completely renovated, Refurbished and fully equipped to ensure a high standard of comfort and facilities for the discerning guests. 2001 was the first season that was offered for holiday letting.

The flat is located on the first floor and is approached by a flight of stairs directly from the quay. Ideal for 4 adults, the flat has superb views over the quay towards East Looe. From both the lounge and main bedroom views extend from Looe Bay and the Banjo Pier to Looe Bridge.

The Accommodation
The Main Bedroom has a wash basin and fitted wardrobe, along with a double bed and a chest of draws. The all electric flat has convector heating and is carpeted throughout. The Kitchen is fully equipped for four people and is complete with a microwave oven and a full sized electric hob. The Second Bedroom is located at the rear of the flat. Although it has no natural light, it has been decorated to ensures bright an effect as possible.

West Quay House is one of 6 flats overlooking the Looe river and quay. Four car park spaces are available on a "First Come First Served" basis. These are located to the rear of the property on Hannafore Road.

Guests need to bring their own bed linen, sheets/duvet covers (1 Double & 2 Single duvets are available in the flat for guests to use) pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

Out And About
A very short walk from the flat is local West Looe Spar General Store, which sells a full range of grocery items, fresh bread and milk, newspapers, Hot pies & Pasties and cooked chickens, as well as having an off-licence.

Just on the other side of West Looe Square is an excellent Butcher selling a large range of Fresh meats and poultry. In East Looe can be found a selection of shops and supermarket, as well as having a large selection of restaurants to suite all tastes. A walk of approximately 8 minutes via Looe Bridge will enable the visitor to reach these shops or restaurants or depending on the tide, there is a regular small ferry service from West to East Looe Throughout the season.

Farther afield there are many beauty spots, such as the delightful fishing village of Polperro, the port of Fowley and Wild Bodmin Moor, Steeped in legend. Part of the enjoyment of your Holiday will be discovering these at your leisure during your stay at West Quay.
